Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
Vrikshasana helps in correcting your balance and helps in improving your ability to gain stability. While balancing in Tree pose, you engage and strengthen the muscles in your legs, including the calves, thighs and ankles. Vrikshasana establishes a connection between body, mind and breath. To perform the Spine and Twist on Back pose, lie on your back, bend your knees over your torso, extend your arms to the sides and twist your lower body from side to side.
