Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Practicing mountain pose helps improve posture by aligning the spine, shoulders and hips. It promotes an upright and balanced posture. Mountain pose induces deep and steady breathing that relaxes the body and helps reduce stress. It helps you to stay calm and stable by relieving you of stress and anxiety.

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

Vrikshasana helps in correcting your balance and helps in improving your ability to gain stability. While balancing in Tree pose, you engage and strengthen the muscles in your legs, including the calves, thighs and ankles. Vrikshasana establishes a connection between body, mind and breath. It helps promote grounding and inner peace, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

Cat-Cow Pose

Cat-Cow pose, also known as Marjariyasana-Bitilasana. It helps to relax the spine, increase flexibility and bring awareness to the breath. Cat-Cow pose helps improve flexibility and mobility in the spine. By doing this slowly, it helps to stretch and de-stress the back.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Cobra pose, also known as Bhujangasana, is a backbend pose in yoga that helps strengthen the back, open the chest, and increase flexibility. To perform the Spine and Twist on Back pose, lie on your back, bend your knees over your torso, extend your arms to the sides and twist your lower body from side to side. Finish by holding your knees and doing breathing exercises.
