Do Ushapan for this: –

  2. Drink that water after getting up in the Brahma Muhurta in the morning.

  5. In the beginning this pressure will be low, but continuously this remedy will improve the digestive system.

  6. Do not drink water if you have any serious disease related to Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Hiccups.

  7. Do not drink water even if you have any disease like ulcer.

What is Ushapan: –

  1. There are eight Prahars in 24 hours.

  2. There are a total of eight Prahars including four in the day and four in the night.

  3. Four hours of the day- 1. morning, 2. afternoon, 3. afternoon and 4. evening.

  4. Four hours of the night- 5. Pradosh, 6. Nishith, 7. Triyama and 8. Usha.

  5. Usha, the last hour of the night, is called Brahma Muhurt or Ushakal.

  6. Drinking water in the morning is called Ushapan.

  7. The time between 3 o’clock in the night and 6 o’clock in the morning is also called the last watch of the night.

  8. This Prahar is purely Satvik. The quality of water changes completely in this phase.

  9. That is why this water will be very beneficial for the body.

what to do

  1. According to the biological clock of the body, the lungs remain active during this time.

  2. If we wake up during this period and drink lukewarm water and roam in the open air or do pranayama, then the efficiency of the lungs increases, because during this time they get pure and fresh air.

  3. If we do this, then when our large intestine remains active between 5 and 7 in the morning, then there is no problem in passing stool.

  4. The person who sleeps at this time and does not pass stool, his intestines dry the stool by absorbing the waste fluid from the stool. This causes constipation and many other diseases.

When to drink water:

  • According to an Ayurvedic text called ‘Kakchandishwar Kalpatantra’, drinking water in the first half of the night is said to be poisonous, water drunk in the middle of the night is similar to milk and water drunk in the morning (before sunrise) is said to be as beneficial as mother’s milk. .

  • According to the Ayurvedic text ‘Yoga Ratnakar’, a person who drinks eight prasars (prasrit) of water at the time near sunrise, remains free from diseases and old age and lives for more than 100 years.

The auspicious time for Ushapan in Usha period:

  1. Taking Ushapan is beneficial in eliminating diseases like constipation, excessive acidity and dyspepsia.

  2. The skin of the person who takes Ushapan also remains clean and beautiful.

  3. Kidney remains healthy by taking Ushapan daily.

  4. By taking Ushapan daily, you also get benefit in reducing weight.

  5. By taking Ushapan, the digestive system improves.
