Disadvantages of putting lemon in lukewarm water
According to Dr. Varalakshmi, drinking lukewarm water mixed with lemon can also be harmful for your health. It is not necessary that this drink suits everyone. Lemon causes an acidic reaction due to which you may have gas or burning problems. If you see these symptoms after consuming this drink, then you should not consume it after 40 days.
